I was born and raised on Maui, Hawaii, and moved to California for my education. Graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Cognitive Science paved my journey into the realm of UX design. From large corporations boasting over 10,000 employees to fledgling startups, I've navigated diverse landscapes, honing my skills both in-house and as a freelancer. Throughout my freelance endeavors, I've had the privilege of collaborating with a variety of companies and stakeholders, honing my project management skills, taking projects from inception to fruition, all while adeptly navigating stakeholder relations.

Flexibility and adaptability are at the core of my professional ethos. Design serves as my conduit for marrying analytical skills with creative expression, enabling me to tackle challenges and positively impact users and their everyday experiences with products. A lifelong learner, I embrace every opportunity for growth.

Outside the realm of design I enjoy hiking, surfing, snowboarding, and climbing. My curiosity extends beyond the digital realm; hobbies such as brewing beer/cider, leather-working, and assorted projects fuel my creative spirit.
